“I was originally recommended to Saied more than 10 years ago by a close friend who knew how particular I was about practitioners as I had been on what seemed like a life long mission to find the perfect solution following a prior serious sports injury.
My friend told me "He'll be right up your street, your kind of guru!" By which he meant that Saied would be taking a genuinely holistic approach - including to addressing my wider wellbeing. Saied with his deeper inner wisdom and sense of humour has of course since set me straight, by explaining of course that "there are no gurus!"
To say that Saied has changed my life these past 10 years is almost an understatement. Every session brings new learning. About how to optimise my health, both physical and mental - the latter being increasingly important in current times when we see the wider impact on our quality of life from lockdowns and isolation due to the pandemic.
As a father, a son, a business leader and in my personal relationships - all these areas of my life have received positive and practical support from Saied.
The principles from his excellent book "You are not your masks" have allowed me to take a different view, to choose an easier and more liberating emotional and spiritual path when navigating the challenges that we all inevitably have to face at different stages in our lives.
The highlight of my treatment is always coming away feeling relieved that something which was on my mind now has either a practical suggested solution and/or a principle by which to feel more empowered and able to find my own solution.
In my day to day life I have found Saied's advice invaluable and indispensable. His way of distilling back to basics, allowing me to see how we are all connected through the universe and how to respect the laws of nature - all of this he conveys in very simple terms using powerful inspiring stories and analogies that stay with me long after our sessions.
He validates and encourages whilst also gently guiding me to see alternative ways of thinking, behaving and simply being.”
